The technician who came to handle my service in January 2023 was super skilled and had a solid understanding of the product. Zuhare Daher was not only efficient but also really friendly while he worked. He took the time to teach me the best ways to care for my stairlift and keep it running smoothly. Plus, he gave me his personal contact number in case I had any questions later on that he could help with over the phone. He was engaging and seemed genuine and meticulous in his work. He had great things to say about his employer, Acorn, and the product he deals with, calling it a fantastic job and an excellent product. Overall, it was a top-notch experience, and I’d definitely recommend Zuhare to anyone needing routine service for their Acorn stairlift.

The person who measured and the one who installed were both polite and got the job done quickly. The lift itself is a solid piece of work. My only issue is that the company mentioned the installer would show up between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM, but he didn't get here until around 12:30. I ended up waiting all morning when I could've been busy with other stuff. A quick call that morning with a more precise arrival time would’ve been nice. I tried reaching out to the number left in the previous message from the company to get an update, but ended up with Wells Fargo Bank instead. Thought I dialed the wrong number and was left scratching my head about who to contact.

The engineer who set everything up was awesome! He got the lift put in within just 2 hours. Joe was super friendly and took the time to explain how the lift works to my wife in simple terms. Now she can easily get to our upstairs without any pain. Big thanks to him! - Don

Our fantastic experience with the Acorn Starlift kicked off thanks to Dolan Bunn, the representative. He took the time to understand what we needed and picked out the right stairlift for us. He went over how it functioned, the different options we had, and set up our installation for the very next day! The installer, Zahare 'Z' Daher, was exceptional. He brought the necessary materials to our front walkway but only moved them inside as required during the setup. Zahare evaluated our staircase and got right to work on the installation. When everything was done, there was absolutely no mess left behind. After finishing, Zahare walked us through how the stairlift worked, showing us how to use the remotes and where to charge the unit properly. He made sure to observe as both my husband and I tried out the stairlift, and he answered all our questions before he headed out.

Met our needs in no time, didn’t have to wait long for the setup. The technician was friendly and quite knowledgeable. The stairlift operates quietly and smoothly. It's simple to operate. I wish there was a light on the bottom of the footrest. A very dependable company. We took our sweet time deciding, but once we made up our minds, they were super quick to respond. Thanks again for making life a bit easier for us.

A technician showed up at my place within 48 hours, and they put in the lift just 2 days after that. It was installed like a pro, and the installer went through everything with us. All of this happened in just 5 days!!! We’re super happy with our lift; it’s a breeze to operate and runs so smoothly! Acorn really is top-notch!!!
